Since 2016, Amb Omotayo Salako has provided platform to Teach, train, mentor and empower young passionate entrepreneurs. Amb Omotayo’s passion is to raise a new breed of outstanding young entrepreneurs, who can sustainably run a profitable business in Nigeria and beyond. He has mentored hundred of young and student entrepreneurs through his engage platform, and directly impacted over 20,000 young business owners in Nigeria and other parts of the globe. He is a graduate from Olabisi Onabanjo University, with a Diploma in Law, Bachelor’s in History and Diplomatic Studies and a Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and Management from the prestigious Lagos Business School. He has been described as Selfless, Entrepreneurship Enthusiast. In 2019, he was awarded with a Certificate of Appointment as an Ambassador by the Peacful Mind Foundation, UAE with endorsement from United Nations Global Compact and the Global Youth Mental Health Forum. In 2024, he was also listed as one of the 100 Most Inspirational Men of 2023. And 2024 Young Emerging Leaders Award recipient.

As the Co-founder and Managing Director of CAF LTD/CAF UNIVERSAL LLC, a construction and real estate development company, I am proud to lead a team of dedicated professionals who consistently deliver high-quality, eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and sustainable projects at a competitive cost. With over 24 years of industry experience, I have overseen every stage of projects, from planning and design to construction, management, maintenance, and operation of various buildings and constructions. I am fully committed to delivering a sustainable and valuable project for our clients, while also proactively assisting them in preserving and growing generational wealth. I am a member of the Forbes Business Council and an alumnus of Lagos Business School. Additionally, I am an associate member of the American Institute of Architects, a Technologist member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects, an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists UK, a member of the Real Estate Developer Association of Nigeria, Federation of Construction Industry of Nigeria, and a professional member of Green Building Council of Nigeria. I am a licensed Realtor in Texas, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. This diverse expertise has enabled me to conceive and develop new ideas and oversee numerous construction projects for both the public and private sectors. I am honored to serve as a Junior Chamber International Nigeria Ambassador and a member of the Advisory Board for the Young Entrepreneurs International Summit. My commitment to excellence has been recognized through multiple industry awards. Furthermore, I am dedicated to mentoring aspiring young entrepreneurs and professionals. Through leading innovations, investments, and company policies, I aim to establish CAF LTD/CAF UNIVERSAL LLC as a global construction and real estate development brand.
